Spectacular voice Sean
Hayes, hot off of an appearance at San Francisco's Outside Lands Music Festival
this Saturday alongside Beck, Neil Young, Andrew Bird, Dr. Dog, Sharon Van
Etten, The Walkmen, and many others, has announced his longest national tour to
date, spanning over 40 dates. The September 11 release of 'Before We Turn To
Dust' is gaining attention as KCRW has already spun the lead single "Miss
Her When I'm Gone," a hybrid of folk music and hip hop beats. Meanwhile,
Paste Magazine called Hayes "a very appealing songwriter—one who’s poised
to get the recognition he deserves." Hayes will be performing nightly with
a full band.
Here's a music video
for "Miss Her When I'm Gone," filmed in the streets of San Francisco,
in the recording studio, and in Hayes' home.
Additional dates will
be announced shortly.
